About our office –  
                      
We repair desktop computers and replace components. Although we are not a retail store, we can order parts as needed for repairs. If our technicians are at client locations, someone at the office will be glad to accept your repair during business hours. We are usually able to look at computers left for repair within a day. Be sure to let us know if you want your data saved when you bring in your computer.

We do virus removal and pop-up ad removal and will advise you on the best ways to prevent these problems. Anti-virus software is recommended for all computers; we sell it and will install it if requested.

We regret that we are unable to repair broken parts on laptop computers, and recommend that you
contact the manufacturer in that situation. We do work on laptop computer software problems such as virus removal. When bringing in your laptop computer, please also bring the power cord, as power cords are specific to each laptop.

We don't repair printers or monitors, since it is often as expensive to repair them as it would be
to replace them
